Decent clamp, But can't get parts.

My first day using it out of the box I dropped it on the ground and the spring flew off. Along with the spring went both of the plastic spring retainers. After a search I was only able to find one of the spring retainers. I emailed Lincoln and they told me they don't and won't sell just the parts. The cast "nipple" that retains the spring is too short and is a bad design. Without the plastic retainer the spring keeps falling off so guess I'll be replacing this with a tweco after one use.
