Miller® Diffuser - M-100 MIG Gun to AccuLock™ MDX Nozzles & Contact Tips

Package of 2 - Genuine Miller® AccuLock™ MDX™ diffusers to adapt your Miller M-100 or M-150 MIG welding gun to use MDX™ nozzles and contact tips. The 1070115 diffuser replaces the standard M Series 169716 contact tip adapter and allows you to use new Acculock™ MDX™ MIG nozzles and contact tips on your older Miller® M-100 or M-150 MIG gun.

  • Miller® M-150 MIG guns

    How to Install AccuLock™ Consumables on MIGmatic™ M-100 or M-150 MIG Gun:
    1. Remove the old contact tip, diffuser, and nozzle.
    2. Leave the liner in place. There should also be no need to trim the liner as long as it was trimmed correctly during initial installation.
    3. Install the new AccuLock™ diffuser, contact tip and nozzle.
