Miller Gasless Flux Cored Nozzle 226190

Package of 1 - Genuine Miller Gasless Flux-Cored Nozzle for use with self-shielding flux cored wires. Improves visibility, eases access in tight corners, protects tip adapter/gas diffuser from spatter and from shorting to the work piece.

For use with Miller M-10, M-15, M-40, M-100 and M-150 MIG guns. Flux-cored nozzle also fits certain Hobart "H" series MIG guns.

      I did not have the proper nozzle to use with Flux Cored wire and this nozzle fits the bill

      Miller Gasless Flux Cored Nozzle 226190

      Does the job well. The material is hard plastic, which will prematurely melt if not careful. Best to use nozzle dip or spray to protect the plastic.

      Good quality

      A must have if doing lots of FCAW. Easier to see that puddle, getting into tighter spaces or doing inside corners is a breeze. Contact Tip sticks out about 1/4 inch. Protects gas ports from spatter and shorting. It is a plastic, however it does not melt easily. I gave my first one away on a vault welding job (ie: forgot to get it back), so I bought another one, no hesitation. I should have bought 2.. just to have an extra.

      Miller flux core nozzle

      These nozzles are a must if using flux core wire, they let you see much better than the original nozzle used for gas.
