Miller® M-100 MIG Gun 248282

Genuine Miller® M-100 10 foot MIG gun. The M-100 is rated at 100 amps at 100% duty cycle using CO2 shielding gas. It is compatible with all current Miller wire feeders, Millermatic&reg MIG welders and Multimatic™ 215 multi-process welders. The M-100 comes ready to feed .030-.035 diameter MIG welding wire.



Features
  • Direct replacement for the Miller® M-10 MIG gun
  • M-Series welding guns are an ideal match for Miller® integrated MIG welders or other Miller wire feeders.
  • Three-piece nozzle construction extends nozzle life by reducing wear and helps prevent rocking of nozzle on contact tip adapter.
  • Brass contact tip adapter helps prevent galling, sticking and stripping of threads.
  • Single-piece high-impact handle is almost indestructible with ergonomic design.
  • 360-degree rotatable gooseneck permits trigger activation with either the finger or thumb
  • Optional adapter kits are also available that enable M-Series guns to adapt to other brands of welding equipment.

      Works Perfect

      Tried to replace the liner in my old gun but the gun was so beat up I could not get the liner through it. Bought this as a replacement. Had it installed in no time, works great and seems better made that the original.
