Miller® MDX-250 MIG Gun w/AccuLock™ S Consumables - .035/.045, 10 ft. 1770041

Genuine Miller® MDX-250 10 foot MIG gun features longer life, industrial AccuLock™ S consumables and is a direct replacement for the Miller M-25 MIG gun. It is compatible with Miller Millermatic® 212, 252 & 255 and Multimatic™ 200 & 255 welders. The MDX-250 has an ergonomically designed handle with rear swivel and cable strain relief. It is rated at 250 amps at 100% duty cycle using CO2 shielding gas. The MDX-250 comes ready to feed .035-.045 diameter MIG welding wire.

  • Durable, ergonomic handle - Durable handle features rubber overmolding for improved grip and rear swivel to reduce welder fatigue.



  • Superior AccuLock™ wire feeding - The front-loading liner is centered and locked at both ends of the gun (without the use of set screws) to ensure smooth wire delivery to the contact tip. Plus, error-proof liner trimming ensures accurate replacement every time for reduced burnbacks, birdnests and erratic arc/wire chatter no measuring required!
  • AccuLock™ S industrial consumables - are specifically designed for greater durability and longer life for heavy industrial welding applications. Contact tips, diffusers and nozzles are engineered to handle greater wear than standard AccuLock™ MDX consumables.
