Miller® MDX-250 MIG Gun w/AccuLock™ Consumables - .030/.035, 15 ft. 1770037

Genuine Miller® .030/.035 MDX-250 15 foot MIG gun features long-life AccuLock™ consumables and is a direct replacement for the Miller M-25 MIG gun. It is compatible with Miller Millermatic® 212, 252 & 255 and Multimatic™ 200 & 255 welders. The MDX-250 has an ergonomically designed handle with rear swivel and cable strain relief. It is rated at 250 amps at 100% duty cycle using CO2 shielding gas. The MDX-250 comes ready to feed .030-.035 diameter MIG welding wire.

  • Full Miller® compatibility - Direct replacement for the Miller® M-25 MIG gun for your Millermatic® 212, 252 & 255 and Multimatic™ 200 & 255 welders
  • Durable, ergonomic handle - Durable handle features rubber overmolding for improved grip and rear swivel to reduce welder fatigue.



  • Superior AccuLock™ wire feeding - The front-loading liner is centered and locked at both ends of the gun (without the use of set screws) to ensure smooth wire delivery to the contact tip. Plus, error-proof liner trimming ensures accurate replacement every time for reduced burnbacks, birdnests and erratic arc/wire chatter no measuring required!
  • Long-life consumables - Tapered mating surfaces between the AccuLock contact tip and gas diffuser lock tips in place for maximized electrical conductivity and longer tip life.

      Issues out of the box

      Bought this gun as a spare for our weld shop and finally put it to use yesterday 6-17-19. Right out of the box there were issues with random porosity. I ran through everything from one end to the other and saw nothing out of place. the problem continued and we swapped it out with the gun off of a back up machine and no more problems.
