Miller® Syncrowave® 212 Air-Cooled TIG Welder Package with Spool Gun 951000200
The Miller® Syncrowave® 212 (951000200) is a 210 amp AC/DC air-cooled TIG welder package that comes complete with a Spoolmate™ 150 Spool Gun for MIG welding. The Syncrowave 212 features advanced DC pulsed TIG welding and AC frequency control. It also comes with Miller's Auto-Set™ and Pro-Set™ systems. Auto-Set takes the guesswork out of setting up welding parameters. Simply select material thickness, joint type and tungsten size, Auto-Set does the rest. For professional welders who prefer to set welding parameters manually, Pro-Set automatically indicates when the ideal weld settings have been entered for your specific welding application.
The Syncrowave 212's inverter technology produces Constant Current (CC) welding output for AC/DC TIG and stick welding, as well as Constant Voltage (CV) output for MIG welding (with an INCLUDED Spoolmate™ 150 spool gun). Auto-Line™ power management allows the Syncrowave 212 to operate on either 120 Volt or 240 Volt single-phase input power. The Syncrowave 212 is capable of 210 amps of AC/DC TIG welding output, using 240 Volt input, and up to 160 amps of Stick welding output. Maximum MIG welding output is 175 amps. It comes complete with a Spoolmate 150 spool gun with 20 ft. cable, 12.5 ft. A-150 air-cooled TIG torch with accessories, remote foot control, gas regulator with hose, 15 ft. stick welding lead with electrode holder, 15 ft. ground with work clamp, 6.5 ft. 120V and 240V input power cables and Miller's True Blue® 3-year warranty.

Spool gun handles .030–.035 inch (0.8–0.9 mm) 4000/5000 series aluminum and .023–.035 inch (0.6–0.9 mm) steel/stainless steel wires. Rated at 150 amps, 60 percent duty cycle. Includes 20-foot (6.1 m) cable assembly. Note: Spoolmate 150 requires included 301861 adapter.
Automatically sets your welder to the proper parameters. Simply select the process, material type, material thickness, joint type and tungsten size. Miller recommended machine parameters, gas flow rate, cup size and filler rod diameter will also be provided. You are now ready to TIG weld.
Eliminates guesswork when setting weld parameters. Simply push the Pro-Set soft key or adjust the parameter until the adjustment indicator line turns green.
Provides adjustable oxide removal which is essential for creating the highest quality aluminum welds.
Controls the width of the arc cone and can improve directional control of the arc.

Pulsing can increase puddle agitation, arc stability and travel speeds, while reducing heat input and distortion.

Allows the arc characteristics to be changed for specific applications and electrodes. Lower the DIG setting for smooth running electrodes like E7018 and increase the DIG setting for stiffer, more penetrating electrodes, like E6010.
Allows for any input voltage hookup (120–240 V) with no manual linking, providing convenience in any job setting. Ideal solution for dirty or unreliable power.
Ensures proper machine setup and parameter selection. Informative on-screen explanations and dynamic images enhance the parameter selection process.
