Hot water return hose is too short.
This adapter is required to connect a water cooled torch to Miller Syncrowave 210, 200 and 180SD.
Miller Syncrowave 210 has a gas through 50mm DINSE torch connector.
This adapter connects to the machine via a 50 mm gas-through quick release connector. The shielding gas is diverted Into the black hose on the adapter. You will need an 11B17 right hand female B-size coupler to connect it to the gas line on the water cooled torch and it your torch is unmodified with factory connectors the gas line will now be a foot longer than the water return line.
Hot water returning through the red hose from the torch (That hose also carries the electrical power to torch) goes into the center of the black handle of this connector where there is a standard connection for the hot water return line. Hot water is then diverted into the red line on this adapter. Miller Syncrowave 210 Is a fairly large machine that has a door that opens on top. For this reason the water cooling unit has to sit somewhere away from the machine. Chances are, the red connector hose on this adapter will not reach the water cooler. The user will need to buy or fabricate a jump hose to return hot water to the water cooler.
The connections end up somewhat disorganized. The gas hose is too long because of the black jumper hose on adapter lengthening the gas line relative to the hot water return line. Meanwhile, the cold water line goes directly to the water cooler and, depending on the location of the water…
