Smith™ Combination Torch & Tip Package - Medium Duty 16205

Genuine Smith™ 16205 medium duty Oxy/Acetylene combination torch and tip kit is designed to provide you with an easy and economical way to upgrade your cutting, welding & heating equipment to genuine Smith, U.S. made products. The kit features classic design Smith WH100 torch handle and MC509 cutting attachment. The 1605 medium duty kit features a wide array of tips to help you do what you do most; cut steel, while still providing the versatility needed to handle those occasional welding, brazing and heating jobs.

Covered by Smith's 25-year warranty on torch handle and cutting attachment. NOTE: Use of tips not manufactured by Smith or repairs made with other than genuine Smith parts will void the warranty.

  • Triple o-ring seal for easy 360-degree torch head rotation to reduce operator fatigue.
  • Graft-Tite™ soft seat protects the tip seat from nicking for longer use.
  • Fully swaged smooth tip for fast starts and minimizing slag build-up.
  • Removable high-pressure seat for easy cleaning from back of tip.
  • Engineered for strength and operator safety under rugged conditions.
  • Three-tube construction to keep gases separate in the cutting attachment until mixed at the tip for safety. Mixed gas stays farthest away from the operator. Gases are mixed at the tip for safety and resistance to flashback.
  • Concave-shaped tip end to reduce backfire and resist flameout.
  • Sintered stainless steel filter in flashback arrestor stops flashback fire. Auto-reset with built-in check valve.

      It you are into Oxy-Act welding then you know that the Smith Brand is the only way to go, their Soft Flame is so superior to all the others that it makes the welding process much easier.
