      Supplier delay - Great customer service

      This drive roll was delayed to CyberWeld by their supplier. The customer service department kept me in the "loop" during the entire process and expedited the shipment once they received it.

      Superb Service

      The roller is top of the line quality as usual for Thermal Arc-Esab. The service at CyberWeld is fantastic, the first roller I received was mislabeled. I called and talked to Amber and she overnighted another roller to correct the situation. Can't ask for any better support than that.

      Works for esab rebel

      Have ran about a dozen 10 pound spools of .045 dual shield for mild and stainless. Have to say it works well
