    Nice clamp, with some flaws

    A good clamp, with a business end that clamps well to most surfaces: flat, round, irregular. It's important to know, however, that its spring is very stiff, and you need the grip of a gorilla on steroids to open it. The spring is also the conductor that carries current between the two halves of the clamp. I think a strap would be better, and maybe then the spring would not have to be so husky.
