Package of 10 - Washington Alloy® 2% Thoriated tungsten electrode is a premium, 7-inch long TIG welding electrode that is ideal for most types of metal. Thorium oxide improves are stability and arc starting. Each tungsten electrode has a mechanically ground finish for consistent purity and performance. Thoriated tungsten electrodes (red tipped) are the most widely used tungsten welding electrodes in the U.S..
