Weiler® Tiger® 3D MAX Ceramic Flap Disc - 4-1/2" Type 29 7/8 Arbor 40+ Grit 50160

Genuine Weiler® Tiger® 3D MAX Ceramic Type 29, 40+ grit conical flap disc with 7/8 arbor offers up to 30% faster grinding on steel, stainless steel and aluminum. The 3D MAX precision shaped grain is contiuously self-sharpening for maximum metal removal. Because the abrasive grain stays sharp for the life of the wheel, Tiger 3D MAX flap discs run cool and require less pressure than standard ceramic abrasives. They last longer than competitive abrasives, resulting in improved productivity, less downtime and reduced operating costs.

Type 29 conical disc shape maximizes surface area when grinding between 15-35 degrees for heavy stock removal on flat surfaces. The 40+ grit abrasive grain is ideal for heavy stock removal, edge beveling, chamfering, weld grinding and blending with a right angle grinder. The Tiger 3D MAX #50160 flap disc offers a 7/8" open or plain arbor for a cost-effective mounting option when using adapting nuts.
