Genuine Weiler® Tiger Big Cat® Type 27, 60 grit flat flap disc with 7/8 arbor offers the widest footprint possible when grinding steel and stainless steel. Wider flaps combine with a higher density profile to easily conform with irregular and curved surfaces when grinding between 0-15 degrees. Tiger Big Cat discs last 30-40% longer than standard density discs.

The 60 grit abrasive grain is best for edge beveling, chamfering, weld grinding, blending, deburring, deflashing, and rust removal with a right angle grinder. The Tiger Big Cat® flap disc offers a 7/8" open or plain arbor for a cost-effective mounting option when using adapting nuts.
