Genuine Weiler® Tiger Big Cat® Type 27, 80 grit flat flap disc with metal 5/8" - 11 nut offers the widest footprint possible when grinding steel and stainless steel. Wider flaps combine with a higher density profile to easily conform with irregular and curved surfaces when grinding between 0-15 degrees. Tiger Big Cat discs last 30-40% longer than standard density discs.

The 80 grit abrasive grain is best for beveling, chamfering, weld grinding, blending, deburring, deflashing, and rust removal with a right angle grinderblending, rust removal, cleaning, and finishing with a right angle grinder. The Tiger Big Cat® flap disc offers a metal 5/8" - 11 nut that allows for quick changeovers and prevents the disc from sticking to the spindle.
