Weiler® Tiger® Ceramic Cut/Grind Combo Wheel - 4 1/2" X 1/8" CER30T Type 27 Wheel with 5/8-11 Hub 58316

Genuine Weiler® Tiger® Ceramic 4 1/2" diameter, CER30T Type 27 1/8" thick combo wheel with 5/8"-11 hub is designed for cutting and grinding on the toughest metals. The Weiler Tiger CER30T ceramic grain is designed with millions of fracture points and self-sharpens faster than other grains. This results in higher material removal rate, faster cutting speeds, cooler grinding and reduced friction and pressure.

Combo wheels offer ease & efficiency when switching between cutting and grinding applications. The 5/8"-11 hub is used with a right angle grinder for both applications and provides faster spin-on, spin-off change over compared to standard hubs. The Weiler® 58316 has 4 1/2" diameter X 1/8" width and has a 5/8"-11 arbor.

Features
  • Cool cutting ceramic grains cut at lower temperatures and with less friction, reducing heat discoloration of the work piece
  • Less pressure is required to achieve consistent material removal rate for over the life of the wheel, reducing operator fatigue
  • Combination wheels offer flexibility and efficiency when switching between cutting and grinding applications
  • Contaminant-free wheels offer a worry-free solution for stainless steel applications
  • 5/8"-11 nutted metal hub reduces gouging of the workpiece and allows for 30% more usable surface area of the wheel in addition to provided quick spin-on, spin-off changeover of a standard hub
  • Best for use on steel, stainless steel, tool steel, Inconel™, high nickel alloy, titanium and armored steel
