Genuine Weiler® Tiger Paw™ Type 29, 60 grit conical flap disc with 5/8-11 nut is designed for use on steel and stainless steel. The Tiger Paw's zirconia alumina grain is self-sharpening and is designed to withstand high temperatures and pressure associated with heavy duty metal finishing applications. The phenolic backing material will not scratch the work piece and is consumable to extend disc life for greater efficiency. The high performance Tiger Paw flap disc provides aggressive stock removal on flat surfaces with a grinding angle between 15 and 35 degrees.

The 60 grit abrasive grain is ideal for edge beveling, chamfering, weld grinding, blending, deburring, deflashing, and rust removal with a right angle grinder. The Tiger Paw #51147 flap disc offers a metal 5/8" - 11 nut that allows for quick changeovers and prevents the disc from sticking to the spindle.
