The Weld-Forge™ W4000 is an Arcair®-Style, is a 1,000 amp carbon arc gouging torch that accepts up to 1/2" diameter carbons.  All W4000 gouging torch parts are 100% interchangeable with Arcair® K4000 torches.

  • Accepts 5/32" to 1/2" carbon electrodes
  • Up to 1,000 amps of output capacity
  • Requires 100 PSIG of compressed air
  • Available in 7 ft. and 10 ft. cable lengths.
