Miller® Dual Flowmeter Regulator 23-50-580

The Miller® Dual Flow Meter Regulator provides precise shielding gas regulation for multiple MIG and TIG welding applications. Shatter-resistant polycarbonate flow tube features triple scale for CO2, Argon-Argon/CO2 and Helium and has a packless O-ring flow tube seal which reduces maintenance. Built-in rupture disc reduces possibility of flow tube damage due to high pressure inlet surge. Each flow tube has a needle valve for fine adjustment. Precision flow adjustment valve locks flow at desired setting.

      does not leak

      the cheap regulator that came with my tig machine, and the cheap dual outlet regulator i bought on amazon both leaked. the sparc dual outlet leaked from the sealed threads from the gas inlet tube into the regulator housing, which are difficult to re-seal.

      this smith/miller unit doesn't leak. its that simple. its visually obvious how much more/better sealant is used on the fittings and threads. when you're welding stainless, a small gas leak will oxidize and ruin your welds. you might as well spend the extra $100 on a quality regulator (like this one) first, instead of messing around with cheaper import stuff.

      Quality part at the right price

      Very happy with the flow meter-regulator, it is a good brand name and it works very well. The order and delivery went quickly and easily. I'm OK with paying sales tax on this item, but when I order something more expensive, the additional added expense of the sales tax may sway my purchase to another vendor. You should consider shipping from another "out of state source", or "drop ship" from manufacturers, in the future.
