The Miller Spoolmate 100 MIG Spoolgun 300371 is designed to run 4000 series aluminum (4043). The Miller Spoolmate 150 Spoolgun 301272 is a heavier duty design with a longer lead cable. It can run both 4000 and 5000 series aluminum.
Millermatic 211 MIG Welder With Advanced Auto-Set 907614 will weld up to 1/8 aluminum on 120v and up to 3/8 on 230v both in a single pass.

No, the Miller Spoolmate 100 would not work.
The direct connect Spoolgun for your machine would be a Spoolmate 3035.
You could also use the Spoolmatic 15A, Spoolmatic 30A, or the Spoolmate 200 with the assistance of a WC-24 control (part nuber 137549).

The Miller Spoolmate 100 MIG Spoolgun 300371 cannot be installed on a Millermatic 200. The only spoolguns that can be installed on the Millermatic 200 are the Spoolmatic 30a ,15a or the Spoolamte 200. In order to install any of these spoolguns you will also need a #042236 installation kit and a #137549 WC 24 control .

The Miller Spoolmate 100 MIG Spoolgun 300371 is the Spoolgun that is used with the Syncrowave 210 stick. tig mig package. However if your machine is does not have a Spoolgun display icon on the control panel or it has a Spoolgun optional expansion display icon it does not have the capabilities to run a Spoolgun as is. It will have to be upgraded by an authorized Miller service facility in order to be able to use the Spoolgun and mig weld

The Miller Syncrowave 210 MIG Complete 951616 comes with the Spoolmate 100 and is ready to use.. If you purchase a Miller Syncrowave 210 907596 or if you currently own a Syncrowave 210 it will require that the machine be up graded to Mig capabilities by an authorized Miller service center in order to use the Miller Spoolmate 100 .
