Weiler® Tiger® Aluminum Flap Disc- 4 1/2" Type 29 5/8"-11 Nut 36 Grit 51254
Genuine Weiler® Tiger Aluminum Type 29, 36 grit conical flap disc with 5/8-11 nut is designed for high performance aluminum grinding. The #51254 features a paired flap design. Coated top flaps eliminate loading and maintain a high cut-rate while alternating flaps with self-sharpening zirconia aluminum grains remove material at aggressive rates.
When grinding between 15-35 degrees, the Type 29 conical disc shape maximizes surface area contact for stock removal on flat surfaces. 36 grit grain is perfect for beveling, chamfering, weld removal and stock removal with a right angle grinder. The #51254 flap disc offers a 5/8"-11 nut that allows for quick changeovers and prevents sticking to the spindle.
