Weiler® Tiger Paw™ High Density Flap Disc - 4 1/2" Type 27 7/8 Arbor 60 Grit 51162

Genuine Weiler® Tiger Paw™ HD Type 27, 60 grit flat flap disc with 7/8 arbor is designed for maximum aggression for sustained stock removal on steel and stainless steel. The Tiger Paw's zirconia alumina grain is self-sharpening and is designed to withstand high temperatures and pressure associated with heavy duty metal finishing applications. The phenolic backing material will not scratch work piece and is consumable to extend disc life for greater efficiency. The Type 27 flat disc shape is ideal for smooth grinding, blending, and finishing on flat surfaces and slight contours with a grinding angle between 0 and 15 degrees.

The 60 grit abrasive grain is best for edge beveling, chamfering, weld grinding, blending, deburring, deflashing, and rust removal with a right angle grinder. The Tiger Paw #51162 flap disc offers a 7/8" open or plain arbor for a cost-effective mounting option when using adapting nuts.
