3M™ Half Face Piece Reusable Respirator Assembly 7502 (Medium)

Genuine 3M™ 7502 medium half face piece reusable respirator is made with advanced silicon material to provide a soft, comfortable seal. The 7502 features Cool Flow™ Valve that allows exhaled air to quickly and easily exit the respirator. This results in easier breathing and cooler temperatures inside the respirator. When paired with a set of OPTIONAL 3M™ P100 filter cartridges, the 3M™ 7502 respirator is ideal for welding applications.

The 3M™ 7502 comes with a fully adjustable head cradle. The dual mode head harness allows the respirator to easily be worn in either traditional or "drop down" mode.

Features
  • 3M™ Cool Flow™ Exhalation Valve - New valve design with bottom discharge helps make breathing easier, and helps reduce heat and moisture buildup in the face piece. Helps prevent fogging inside your welding helmet or face shield.
  • The Cool Flow valve opens easier. The 7500 Series has measurably lower exhalation breathing resistance at all work levels tested.
  • Durable and heat-resistant
    Made from soft, resilient silicone and heat-resistant plastics.
    Yoke will not get hot to the touch like metal yokes.

    Advanced silicone material provides a softer feel on the face.
    Unique adjustment design helps reduce tension and pressure points on the face for unsurpassed comfort.

      Directs air down, away from lens

      This is the only under welding helmet face mask/respirator that directs your breath down and away from the welding helmet or face shields viewing area/lens I could find.

      I wasn't sure if I needed the large, medium or small until I found a comment from 3M saying that the medium fits the majority of people.

      The strapping system looks and feels fragile but knowing this and once I adjusted both straps to feed the bottom neck strap a more it hasn't been a problem. In fact once the neck strap is on, the top strap goes on and comes off quite easily and lays the mask on the chest/neck comfortably.

      Mask fit is much more comfortable then my dual side cartridge (expensive) respirator and my single front filter respirator.

      Eye wear sits on nose piece slightly but for me its not an issue.

      Great product

      Works very well. Fits average size face. Great for welding. No fog because the exhaust is facing down on this model instead of the front. Highly recommend.

      Good respirator

      Respirator works well, can't smell the 6010 or 7018 that I'm usually welding. Mask fits comfortable and doesn't obstruct view or fog up hood as it vents downward under the chin. I wear a Huntsman or Mille XVX series welding hood and the mask doesn't get in the way.
