Miller® Spoolmatic® Pro 30A Spoolgun 301148

The Miller® Spoolmatic® Pro 30A Spoolgun is an enhanced version of the industry-standard Miller Spoolmatic 30A. The Spoolmatic Pro is a 200 amp, 100% duty cycle MIG spoolgun that is ideal for feeding one pound spools of aluminum or two pound spools of steel, stainless steel or silicon bronze MIG welding wire.

The Spoolmatic Pro 30A features improved motor drive design and has individual wire tension settings for both 4000 and 5000 series aluminum MIG wires. It also comes with a rotatable toolless head tube that can be easily changed out for any of a new offering of Miller head tube designs to fit special welding applications

      burning wire

      too early to know how much better this model is over the older style. I really like the new threaded contact tip, and threaded nozzle. Really need to hold a long arc to save on tips. So far so good

      YES THE MILLER SPOOLMATIC PRO 30A is just what I expected. Very simple design and easy to set up. I believe I made a good investment. I run it off a trailblazer 325 thats on my truck.

      Works great

      I've always been a stick welder, so this is the first spoolgun I have ever used. I bought it and ran it off my Miller Trailblazer 302. Had to buy the control module Miller WC-24 Weld Control 137549, which was a bit pricey at $300.00. However it was really quite simple. Just plug and play. Works great although I have nothing to compare it to.
