I'm impressed with this torch setup.
I bought this with the AK225MFC Parts kit that includes the additional 5 heads and associated parts for each. I'ts well worth the extra money to get the kit with it. I honestly think I'm just going to sell the torch that came with my Dynasty 210 (nice torch, but useless alongside this). Being able to change heads out in 20 seconds is light years ahead of owning a bunch of assorted torches. The 210DX Kit I bought had a zippered poly cover on the torch hoses which I stole for this torch. That cover should be standard fare on a new torch imo. It's just so nice to have the torch leads all together and kept clean when on the dirty floor.
The stubby heads and pencil iron style tips are going to come in super handy. I've only had it a few days but I've already seen a few places where I could have used this torch to do things I could not do (reach) in the past.
Actually, the flex head seems less a feature now than it did before just because all the heads with different angles almost make it a non-issue. Still, the flex head is very nice and although I've only had the torch a few days, I've used that already too.
The super flex hoses almost feel like they're not there. It's hard to believe there's enough metal in there to carry 225 Amps, but clearly there is.
